2012 CrossFit Regionals – watching Dan win it all (again) and seeing firsthand just how much training, hard work, and talent it takes to be the best in the sport of fitness.

Watching my wife’s CrossFit journey from the beginning; seeing her become more fit, confident, and strong.

I started doing CrossFit on my own in 2008 to prepare for Special Operations training.  I thought I was good at it until Daniel and Sarabeth PCS’ed here, then I realized I had no idea what I was doing.  Since then I have tried my best to learn from them (and others here), YouTube, and whatever else I can get my hands on.   I was picked by the Air Force to become a Special Tactics Officer (Combat Control) – so I am leaving the Navy (supposedly) – to begin training for a career in that community.  I have made great friends and had a blast doing CrossFit…and it is a major reason I have been able to accomplish my professional goals.  If anyone else is looking to transfer into a Special Operations career field I would be happy to help out.
