I sat on the bleachers for a couple of days after doing a spin class and watched what the big deal was with crossfit.  It looked intimidating but I braved it the next day and had to endure an AMRAP of sort with a lot of snatches.  I felt nauseated and thought of puking up.  The next day I came back for more and more and more.  Yes I got hooked.  I had never seen my body change so much in such a short period of time.  Crossfit has made me faster, stronger, determined, and committed.  I appreciate the wonderful efforts of the awesome coaches that have helped me be where I am today.
