I started CrossFit after being a performance specialist for three years and fell in love. If anyone likes competition and has an athlete’s mentality, this is the sport that you need to get into! It features constantly varied movements performed at high intensity. I am a person that gets bored with the same routine and I needed something more — this was everything I could ever ask for! The CrossFit community is incredible and nothing else comes close — the people and the workouts are everything you could want. CrossFit is a lifestyle, not just a workout!
