Vomited in the middle of my first WOD. I came back for more though. Only time it’s ever happened.

I was halfway through my introduction boot camp and some trainer I had never ever seen before showed up and stared at me FOREVER while I worked out.  He later became my husband.

I love CrossFit and my husband has been instrumental in my growth. He has been a great coach and my inspiration. I can’t thank him enough.
