If I’m not at the gym, I might be doing this…Chasing after my son or running my daughter around.  They always keep me on my toes!

If someone would have told me that I would be throwing around barbells and lifting heavy weights I would have laughed in their face!  Before I started CrossFit, I was pretty much a couch potato and thought I knew how to eat right.  I was struggling to lose my excess baby weight when a friend introduced me to CrossFit.  I was hooked from the very first class!  CrossFit has become my passion and new way of life.  I have never felt healthier or stronger.  I LOVE getting up in the morning and hitting a good WOD!  Most people like coffee in the morning; I like CrossFit!  ;)
