I started CF July 5th, 2011 and never looked back.  I have always been an active person.  In HS I was involved in Football, Baseball, Wrestling, and Track.  I have gone to state finals or have been chosen for Division 1 teams in all of them.  As I got older I hit a lazy stage for a few years and had to change it.  When I found Crossfit I realized that many of the things I was doing over the years was fundamentally wrong.  These changes helped change me not only as an athlete but as a person.  Crossfit challenges me in ways I had never been challenged.  My love for Crossfit helped my decision in becoming a trainer.  I enjoy teaching and watching people become better at what they do, whether in the gym or on the pavement as a MSF (motorcycle) instructor.  Crossfit has also helped me decide what I want to do when I grow up.  I am now not only pursuing certifications in Crossfit but also Personal Trainer Certs and Majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition.
