Getting my first muscle up while deployed to SW Asia a week before the 2013 Open.

I started CrossFit to get physically ready to attempt to cross train into special operations. I thought I was in good shape until I did “Fran” my first class. “Two-time” laughed at my suffering and asked if I was coming back the next day. I tried playing off the lack of breath and muscle fatigue by “calmly saying nice things about him and his workouts”. I refused to let a workout beat me down like that and have been doing this for a year and a half now.  Somehow, CrossFit is still kicking my ass.
