6 Bear Complex (115/85) (1 x Power Clean + 1 x Front Squat + 1 x Push Press + 1 x Back Squat)

12 Burpee Box jump overs

24 Chest to bar pullups

Note: 1 partner works while the other holds a plank; no requirement for division of work; 35 min time cap
