Push Jerks x 3 reps

Immediately followed by…

Three sets of:
Max Reps using 80% from above - Go to failure!
Rest 2 minutes between sets

C. 5 rounds for time of:
9 Deadlift 135/95
6 Hang Power Snatch 135/95
3 OHS 135/95
