Snatch technique work, on the 3:00 for 4 sets:

2 x High Hang Snatches (pockets)

2 x Hang Snatches (knees)

2 x Snatch (floor)

 

Set 1: 45% of 1RM

Set 2: 50% - 55% of 1RM

Set 3: 55% - 65% of 1RM

Set 4: heavy complex

 

Then, 3 Rounds for time:

12 x Snatch grip deadlifts

9 x Hang power snatches

6 x OHS
