10 LH KB Swings
1 LH KB Snatch
1 Reverse Turkish Get up LH, Switch hands
1 TGU Right hand
10 RH KB Swings
1 RH KB Snatch
1 Reverse TGU RH, Switch hands
1 TGU LH, return to floor
