Buy in: Partner A runs 400m, and

-Partner B performs dubs until A returns

-Partner C rows calories until A returns

*Rotate until each partner completes a 400m run, then,

As a team, accumulate:

-99 Wall ball shots (20/14)

-99 HR push-ups

-99 mountain climbers

*complete each movement as a team before advancing

Cash out: All team members run 800m, with at least one member carrying a med ball (20/14)
